About The Event
This year’s Homeless Stand Down is scheduled for Saturday 20 April, 10 AM to 4 PM, at the Public Auditorium, and you are invited to join FHC’s Stand Down team! For many years FHC volunteers have served as “personal shoppers” at the event, personally assisting guests as they select donated items of clothing (coats, sweaters, boots etc.). The only prerequisites for this job are a willing spirit and the stamina to be on your feet for most of the day. And you’ll even be back in time for “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner”! Hope you will join us!
