About The Event

GCC University combines training, role-playing, discussion, and case studies to equip leaders with the tools for lasting change. Topics include:

• Building Power — Initiate and develop public relationships through one-to-one relational meetings, develop leadership skills, and create analyses to understand power.
• Action Team Training — Strategic decision-making, how to cut problems into winnable issues, and strategies we can act on over and over again.
• Core Team & Delegate Development — Create a culture of organizing in your own institution and understand the qualities and responsibilities of a GCC leader.

The training is free and food/refreshments will be provided.
