DESCRIPTION:Experience this practice for focused attention to God in community. Description and method of this contemplative practice developed by Fr. Thomas Keating will be shared\, followed by practice and optional sharing. \nWe hold space at this time each Sunday to explore a variety of Contemplative practices and the opportunities they provide to deepen our spiritual growth and find peace. Your participation is welcome as is your willingness to share practices that you have learned. Our aim is to create a cooperative experience that hearkens back to early church gatherings. We also recognize early morning schedules may vary\, so come when you can and enter in silence. \nIf you have questions or wish to lead a session\, Jennifer Blakeney.
