Worship is the center of our church life in which members acknowledge and discover God's call and presence in the world and in their lives. We yearn to join in community to seek God's wisdom, celebrate our personal relationship with God, and to be empowered for the living of life.

Communion

Our goal is to be progressive Christians who claim their faith, are disciplined in prayer, and equipped for action in the world.

While intellectually challenging preaching and beautiful vocal and instrumental music are traditions at Forest Hill Church, so is the regular inclusion of lay adults and children in worship as readers, specialized choral groups, and occasional preachers. This contributes to the jubilant tone of the service, the empowerment of the congregation and the development of its members and leaders.
