What’s New

With the Spirit’s guidance, we aim to provide experiences of grace, love, imagination and joy. Our goals are to nurture faith in Christ, wonder in God hunger for the Bible, heart for mission and service, and discovery of our God-given gifts. Programs include:

Childcare (infants to age 2) We provide a safe, clean and healthy environment during Sunday worship service and before it, to allow parents to attend meetings and Adult Education and Formation programs.

Early Childhood (age 3-5) We follow a curriculum to provide Christian education and values such as sharing, respecting others and fair play. Early childhood classes meet during Sunday worship service.

Pathways

Pathways

Pathways to the Promised Land (1st-5th grade) In planting seeds of faith and wonder, we pray that children will integrate faith throughout their growing lives, so that they can be mature, committed and joyful disciples. The children begin in worship with the congregation, then leave prior to the sermon to join the hour long Pathways workshop.

Mid and Senior High (6th-12th grade) Throughout the year (before Sunday worship service), programs and activities are offered in areas of Worship, Fellowship, Service to the Congregation and Community, and exploring faith issues, to balance fun, challenge and growth in faith in young people of Forest Hill Church.

Adults Adult education and spiritual formation provides opportunities to explore faith and its connection to both our daily living and to broader issues in our community. Sessions are led by the ministers, congregation, members or outside guests. Topics include life issues, such as relationships, social justice, parenting, current events, biblical interpretation and application.
